2. Our Link must be on the index page above the enter button.
3. There must be at least 5 other links to other sites.
4. No pop-ups, or blind links.
5. No illegal sites will be accepted.
6. You must have at least 20 pictures on your site. Also have a clear warning page.
7. We do not accept AVS sites or Pay sites. ONLY Free sites.
8. The content must be on the same domain as the site your submitting.
9. No FPA before content page.
